Program Description
Krove IT (DBA of MDFG Inc) sends text messages exclusively to customers who have first contacted us by sending an inbound SMS to our support number. Message types are limited to:
- Help desk ticket status updates (opened, assigned, resolved)
- Technician dispatch notifications and arrival confirmations
- Service status alerts (outages, restorations)
- Real-time support coordination responses
No marketing or promotional content is ever sent via SMS.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your active support activity. Typically 1–5 messages per support
incident.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and then no
further messages from this program.
Re-subscribe
To resume messages after opting out, reply START.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Third-Party Sharing
Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or
promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared
with any third parties, except subcontractors that assist in the delivery of our text messaging services.
